Choosing a college major and future career are decisions that can feel daunting and overwhelming. The more information a person has about themselves, the easier those decisions become.

 

The Way You Should Go uses the Highlands Ability Battery to help students discover their unique giftings and how their natural abilities can best be used in the areas of work environment, learning channels, problem solving, and communication.

 

During the client debrief, we will use this information in the context of the Highlands Whole Person Model to identify careers and work types that will best fit the student. While we don't provide "the answer," we do give our clients the information they need to make wise, informed decisions regarding their future plans.
